Now this is something you don’t see everyday. Owen Pendree appears to be having the time of his life weaving through traffic and pulling wheelies on a Sur-Ron electric-powered motorcycle. A police-released spike strip slows the rider down just long enough for Owen to lift the bike over a railing and dump it into the water below. Why do I suspect the motorcycle may have been stolen?
Owen’s little stunt didn’t shake the Bobbies who took him into custody before he could jump into the river after the Sur-Ron.
