Sorry to be the spoil sport here, but I’m going to vote for Artificial Unintelligence. I don’t care that the video was posted by a respected (?) news outlet who must have done some deep investigation. Right? The way the flames explode in all directions and then just disappear doesn’t look real. And the way the injured rider sprints across the street faster than Usain Bolt, falls, gets back up and then just disappears is something AI does a lot.
If it is true, I hope the rider is punished. Riding that fast in a neighborhood is insane. But…I don’t think this is real.
