Had to travel all the way to New Jersey to find this very clean Running-When-Parked Beemer. Kelly Blue Book pegs the value of a solid running K12000S at $5,800. The owner is asking $5,000. I don’t think that is out of the ballpark for such a clean motorcycle that was obviously well cared for and sheltered from storms.
If you know your way around a BMW, I’d say go for it. If you will need a mechanic to bring it back to life, I’d budget between $1,200 and $2,000.
