The Inaugural Electric Motocross World Championship October 19th In Taft California

Ever wanted to be crowned a Motocross World Champion? This event gives you your best shot at it. The first-ever Electric Motocross World Championship takes place at The Honolulu Hills Raceway just outside Taft, California, on Saturday October 19th (Stacyc and Pit Bike classes run Friday afternoon, October 18th).

There will be no less than 21 classes to compete in (click here to see them all). That includes the main event, a class open to any skill level and any bike size with a $3000 winner-take-all purse. Yes, that’s three grand for the winner and bragging rights as the first Electric Motocross World Champion. That achievement will look impressive on any racer’s resume.

Supporting the sport: It takes a lot of support to pull off a World Championship and these companies all pitched in to make it happen. Expect displays and demos on Friday and Saturday from most of the sponsors.
