Why not start off 2024 with a bang? This seller is offering a slew of Running-When-Parked motorcycles, ATVs and mopeds. There is something for everyone in this stable. Or, more likely, there is nothing for everyone. That’s how RWP’ed bikes work. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Or, it is all trash.
The bikes here appear to be a tow yard’s collection of discarded vehicles that have been exposed to the Grover Beach elements for too long. Unless you are searching for an impossible-to-find component, there will be better RWP’ed bikes to pick from in the future.

WHAT IS A RWP?
The phrase “Running When Parked” (RWP) is code for a once treasured possession that has been neglected in the corner of the garage or tool shed for far too long. Lacking the energy, time or resources to bring the little beauty back to life, the owner lists it for sale in hopes that a new owner will massage it back to health. Our collection of RWP bikes fall into two distinct categories; treasure or trash. And you are the only one who can properly judge which category the bike belongs in.
