One problem that plagues so many e-bikes is that they are flat-out ugly. The French company Coleen proves that e-bikes don’t have to be eye sores. Their three models (the Elegance, Sport and Speed One) have a unique backbone frame, sleek cable routing and muted graphics. The motor is neatly tucked into the rear hub and a belt-drive replaces a messy (but efficient) roller-bearing chain. The battery is housed in the main frame tube.
I would love to take one of these beautiful creatures out for a test.
