Are sellers actually getting these asking prices? This Yamaha Enduro 100 is missing the brake light assembly (there are loose wires back there), the stock headlight has been replaced along with the mounting hardware by something that is way more bright but reduces the value of a collectable bike and the fuel tank has more dents than a golf ball. And I’m pretty sure the bike came with some type of chain guard that is now missing.
That’s not to say to run away from this offering, but $2,500? Really? What does the seller think a pristine version of this bike would sell for? $5,000 or more? Probably not. The $2,500 is so high that to offer a reasonable amount might seem like an insult to the seller. So, the bike can sit around with the $2,500 asking price or the seller could entertain offers closer to $1,000 and sell this bike.

WHAT IS A RWP’ed?
The phrase “Running When Parked” (RWP) is code for a once treasured possession that has been neglected in the corner of the garage or tool shed for far too long. Lacking the energy, time or resources to bring the little beauty back to life, the owner lists it for sale in hopes that a new owner will massage it back to health. Our collection of RWP bikes fall into two distinct categories; treasure or trash. And you are the only one who can properly judge which category the bike belongs in.
